Jason Meucci and I crossed paths in 2019 in graduate school and share a foundational belief that the quality of relationships is a key differentiator in building trust and effectiveness on a team. The "C's," we have found, are at the core of developing a connected team and a culture where people experience feeling seen and heard and know that their contributions matter.
