Hello, I'm Carrie.

 

I partner with mission-driven consultants and leadership coaches who are growing — and feeling the tension that comes with it.

My work focuses on strategic thought partnership, learning design, and operational support. I help clients clarify their offerings, design programs that are learner-centric and experience-based, and build delivery systems that don’t require constant reinvention. The goal is work that lands with learners and feels sustainable to run.

I also support leaders and teams through Enneagram-based development (iEQ9), grounding growth in self-awareness, relationships, and choice.

 

My approach is shaped by experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors, along with a deep understanding of leadership and team dynamics and brain-based, experiential learning design. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and spent four years with a Seattle-based leadership firm before launching my own practice in 2021.
